NMU was represented at the biggest Norwegian fair and conference for transport and logistics - "Transport & Logistikk 2011". Harald Hjelle from Molde University College had the opportunity to disseminate the NMU project.

The international annual event took place on October 22-23, 2011, close to Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. The conference gathered 600 to 700 delegates typically representing the management of cargo-owners, public authorities, ports, shippers or road-hauliers. Such topics were given attention:

  1. Grocery stores in Norway. Cheap or expensive? What are the major cost drivers?
  2. Reducing Supply Chain Costs and Improving Agility through Complexity Reduction.
  3. Combination of multiple IT systems, ERP, WMS and TMS - The integration process and the selection of IT in logistics businesses.
  4. TMS in the logistics chain: What requirements allow our customers to the company's transportation system?
  5. Dynamic Supply Chains
